The tag stays attached when your saree ships, and you can verify it independently. We also happily do a live video call and perform a thread-burn test on request.

Each saree is video-verified with you before dispatch, so surprises are rare. If anything arrives damaged or not as shown, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and we will exchange it. The Silk Mark tag must be intact and unremoved.

Dry clean only. Store wrapped in a soft muslin or cotton cloth away from direct sunlight, never on a metal hanger. Refold along different lines every 2–3 months so crease lines don't set, and keep a silica pouch nearby in humid months. Cared for this way, your saree will outshine everything for decades.
